Meet Danny, the mastermind behind Ibiza Tapas, where Spanish tortillas are more than just food – they're a journey through flavor. With over a decade working as an Accounts Executive at Amnesia Ibiza, Danny left Spain to come make his mark in LA. Danny has worked in Management in several restaurants in LA, even curating a top selling dish at Pasta Factory , an Italian Restaurant in Marina del Rey, and working at Gaucho Grill's for several years. Inspired by his roots and a passion for community, he's on a mission to share flavors of Spain, sharing his inspiration within every bite.
